Sessions this week

It’s full moon time where tensions and uncertainty could arise. Keep focused on the bigger picture and your path. Offering indoor sessions where you have 1 hour just for you in a safe space with deeply restorative sounds, vibrations and harmonies to bring you peace and joy.

There will be 3 outdoor sessions for the full moon – Wednesday 5pm in Scarborough, Saturday 7pm in Cervantes and Sunday 6.30pm in Scarborough. Outdoor sessions connect you to the Earth and nature which have ways of teaching us things, if we listen. The relationship with the Earth is through our heart and the Age of Aquarius is living from the heart. We all crave love – we are love, the well-being of everything comes from the human heart and love is the most powerful energy.
